SRK GUNS will ONLY transfer ownership of a firearm to individuals or agencies in possession of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). This means we cannot ship directly to you unless you are an FFL holder.

If you do not hold a valid FFL, SRK GUNS will transfer your purchased firearm to your choice of a licensed gun dealer in your state.

It is your responsibility:

• to ensure that a firearm is legal to own in your state. 
• to contact your transferring FFL to request they send a copy of their FFL to us.
• to complete all required paperwork when you pick up your purchase from your local dealer

Be aware that it is customary for your local dealer to charge a transfer fee at the time you pick up your purchase. This transfer fee is strictly between you and your local dealer. Please check with your local dealer concerning their policies. You do not pay SRK GUNS the transfer fee.

ORDER RESTRICTIONS

The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding firearm transfers. Contact your local FFL dealer with any questions regarding the sale or transfer of firearms. Generally speaking, you must be 21 years of age to purchase a firearm.

Contact your local FFL before ordering a firearm to verify their transfer fee and to ensure they will receive your transfer. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal or failure to receive.

SHIPPING

SRK GUNS will ONLY transfer ownership of a firearm to individuals or agencies in possession of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). This means we cannot ship directly to you unless you are an FFL holder.

The shipping and handling charge covers the cost of standard shipping. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes.

Orders process and ship within 3-7 business days upon receipt of full payment and a valid FFL if applicable.

All rifle, shotgun, and ammunition orders are shipped UPS Ground or FedEx Ground (no PO Box addresses please).

Handgun orders will either ship UPS Air, FedEx Express (Air) or USPS Priority mail at the discretion of SRK Guns.

Accessory orders may be shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or any method offered by the USPS at the discretion of SRK Guns.

Due to federal regulations, firearms and ammunition orders cannot be shipped in the same package.

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we cannot combine multiple orders for shipping purposes.

In the event we ship additional items not ordered to you, or your FFL, you agree to either return the items to us or pay for the items if you wish to keep them. We will provide a prepaid label(s) for the return of any items shipped in error.

SRK Guns will not be responsible for packages returned to us that are refused delivery and you will be liable for additional shipping charges to re-ship any packages.

All firearms are shipped adult signature required. If no adult is available to sign for the package and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

You as the customer are responsible for the billing and shipping information being entered correctly on your order. If you enter the shipping address incorrectly on an order, SRK Guns is not responsible if that order is not delivered to the address correctly.

FIREARM RETURNS

Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. It is your responsibility to assure that the firearm shipped to you is the correct item you purchased AND free of any noticable defects. Once a new firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if un-fired. Consequently, we cannot accept returns on firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. Also, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items. **Upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer's warranty policy). By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees associated with returning the firearm to us through your local FFL dealer. Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees. Most of the time a prepaid return label is provided by the manufacturer.

In the case of failed background checks and incorrect ordering original shipping charges are NOT refunded if the item is NOT found to be defective. Customers will be responsible for return shipping in these cases. These orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. In addition, SRK GUNS is not responsible for and shall not pay for, reimburse, or refund any FFL transfer fees.

ACCESSORY RETURNS

Returns are ONLY accepted for merchandise found defective immediately upon receipt and returned within 10 calendar days of receipt.

Most accessory items have a manufacturer warranty. Please contact the manufacturer if there are any issues with / post installation.

Original shipping charges are NOT refunded if the item is NOT found to be defective. Customers will be responsible for return shipping in these cases. These orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All Ammunition Sales / Ammo Components are Final and Non-Returnable.

Scopes / Optics Sales - Customers must work through the manufacturer if a defect is not identified immediately upon receipt.

CUSTOMER CANCELLED ORDERS

All payments are processed immediately upon placement of order. It is the responsibility of the customer to know and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to selling, transferring, possessing, transporting, or using a firearm, magazine, and ammunition in the locality in which the customer resides.

All cancellation requests must be made through email sales@srkguns.com Please provide the order number in your email.

Orders may be cancelled by the customer prior to the order having been shipped.

If an order cannot be cancelled because the order has shipped, then it will be considered a return at this point. All return shipping charges will be at the customer’s expense and a restocking fee of 20%.

In rare cases, SRK GUNS may have to cancel an order or part of an order.  If this happens, we will provide a refund for the amount of the order or part of the order that was cancelled.
